2024 Has Arrived What are You Gonna Do

Where are you going from here?

Happy new year from Coach Lew! Welcome to your 2024. I have three questions for you.

Number one what did you do last year that was amazing great out of your comfort zone that made a difference? How did that make you feel?

Number two was there something you did not do that you planned on or wanted to accomplish, but failed to follow through? How did that make you feel?

Number three what do you want to do with this year in 2024 something that’s amazing and I’m not saying average or good and then the question is how committed are you to doing it and who will you become as a person when you accomplish this?

When you answer these three questions, it will empower you to truly transform in 2024.

All too often we want to change the challenges changes, technically automatic, and sometimes change is not the change that we want. Transformation on the other hand is calculated change with a plan, adding a lot of action, and monitoring the outcome.

I have to acknowledge that 2023 did not come without challenges and maybe lots of them. The truth be told is the most challenging times years, etc. tend to be the ones that make you grow the most and made you who you are today!

Let’s make 2024 the year that you transform and change the way that you look at ““ change.
