We go out, have an amazing time, I’m thinking life is looking up… and then BAM! At the end of a $150 sushi dinner, she springs it on me: “So, my boyfriend and I have this multilevel business opportunity…”
Talk about feeling deceived!
If she’d been upfront – “Hey, I have a business idea I’d love to share with you over dinner” – I would’ve been totally cool with it. But the bait-and-switch? That left me feeling like I’d been led to a water trough I never wanted to drink from.

The Truth Balance: Your Secret Weapon

Here’s the tool that’ll change your game: The Balance of Truth and Excitement.
You don’t sell with just truth (“I have this product, it’ll make your life easier, wanna buy it?”).
You don’t sell with just hype (“This will solve every problem you’ve ever had!”).
