Bad Attitude Or Gratitude?
Which do you gravitate towards?
Have you ever met someone who seems to have it all and they are unhappy? What about the person who has been through hell and back and is grateful and happy?
Have you ever felt either way or both?
What is the difference? GRATITUDE!
When we are grateful we are happier, have more to give and tend to be fulfilled, when we are in a bad attitude state not so much!
As we discussed in the video, this is not some woo woo session to teach you to ignore real challenges and live in some false panacea.
What we are after is to get you to operate from gratitude and not stress and fear!

Now lets see how to go from a bad attitude to gratitude in 5 easy steps:
1) Ask yourself what do I really want and why do I want it?
2) Flood your emotions with every possible reason, big or small that you can be grateful for
3) Decide to think before speaking or acting on external or internal stimuli! Remember it is as important your internal dialog as your external. This means your self talk is very important that it comes from a attitude of gratitude.
4) Do a 7 day mental diet where you stop negative talk or thoughts and replace them with positive gratitude based thoughts and talk. It is not so much about that you will not have them BUT catching them and spinning them! This may include a 7 day social media diet unless your social media empowers you and connects you to gratitude. You may have to “weed the feed”.
5) Take notice and journal or record how you feel after this week and decide for your self whether you want to operate from a bad attitude or adopt the habit of aa Attitude Of Gratitude
