Your Time and Health Are Renewable – Starting Today
Good morning, y’all. ☀️
We’ve all heard:
“Hold on to your time. Hold on to your health. Once it’s gone, you never get it back.”
For years, I believed that 100%. Maybe you have too.
But after a lot of training, learning from people I respect, and testing things in my own life, I’ve realized something powerful:
👉 You can’t rewind the past, but you can renew your time and your health going forward.
No magic pill. No miracle gadget. Just a shift in how you think and what you do from this moment on.

You Can’t Buy Back Yesterday – But You Can Buy Back Tomorrow ⏰

Dan Martell’s “buy back your time” concept really hit me. I felt it most when I was short-staffed, working in the business instead of on the business.
Sure, payroll was down. But I was trading my most valuable asset—my time—for tasks someone else could do.
Here’s the hard truth:
  • If you’re doing $10–$20/hour tasks
  • While you could be doing $100, $1,000, or $10,000/hour work
You’re not just busy—you’re robbing your future.
That’s where buying back your time comes in:
  • Hire that assistant.
  • Delegate the repetitive tasks.
  • Use tools and AI that actually support your business.
You won’t get the last 10 years back. But you can radically upgrade the next 10 by how you use your time starting today.

NET Time: No Extra Time, Massive Extra Growth 🎧

People tell me, “Lew, I don’t have time to grow, learn, or improve.”
Truth? You probably have more time than you think—you’re just not using NET time: No Extra Time.
Examples:
  • Driving? 🚗 Listen to something that grows you instead of numbing you.
  • Ironing or cleaning? 🧺 Learn a language or skill while you do it.
  • Walking or commuting? 🎧 Perfect time for audio learning, mindset work, or planning.
You don’t need an extra 3 hours a day. You need to redeem the time you already have.

Your Health Is More Renewable Than You’ve Been Told 💪

For years, the message has been:
“Once the damage is done, that’s it.”
Smoked? You’re done.
Overweight for decades? Too late.
Beat your body up with stress and bad food? Game over.
I don’t buy that anymore.
Can you erase every bad choice? No.
But can you renew your body going forward? Absolutely.
Think about it:
  • You can be 100 pounds overweight yesterday and 100 pounds lighter a year from now.
  • You can be sick last week and healthy this week. Your body literally renews cells.
  • You can reduce pain and stiffness with better nutrition, movement, and therapies.
I’ve lived this:
  • Old sports injuries? My hands hurt sometimes. But turmeric, red light, stretching, and movement reduce that pain.
  • Daily cold plunges and sauna 🧊🔥 have improved my energy and cardiovascular health over the years.
Is it perfect? No.
Is it renewable? Yes—if you participate in your own renewal.

You Have to Take Part in Your Own Miracle ⚡

We love the idea of change. We love feeling inspired.
But here’s the line that stings:
“You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don’t implement, you’re screwed.”
You can:
  • Watch all the motivational videos
  • Read all the books
  • Visualize all day
…but until your feet hit the floor and you actually do something different, nothing changes.
Visualization is powerful. Intention is powerful.
Action is what turns potential into reality.
You can’t binge Netflix and “attract” a million dollars.
You can’t doom scroll for hours and then complain you have no time.
At some point, you’ve got to say:
“Enough. I’m done wasting my time and my health. I’m stepping up.”

Health First: You Can’t Be Your Best on Empty 🩺

I talk about this a lot: H1 – Health First.
Without your health:
  • You’re not the best parent.
  • You’re not the best business owner.
  • You’re not the best partner, friend, leader, or servant of God.
  • You’re not the best version of you.
If your energy is in the toilet, everything else suffers.
So ask yourself:
  • What is one thing I can do today to renew my health?
  • What is one thing I can do today to renew my time?
Not 50 things. One. Then another. Then another.

Stop Mourning Yesterday. Start Mastering Today. 📆

You’re not going to:
  • Rewind yesterday and un-watch 8 hours of Netflix.
  • Reclaim that decade you drifted.
  • Undo every bad meal or missed workout.
But you can:
  • Turn off the doom scrolling and reclaim the next hour.
  • Use your drive time to grow instead of numb.
  • Hire help or use tools so you’re not buried in $10/hour tasks.
  • Choose food, movement, and habits that renew your body instead of drain it.
Your time going forward is renewable—by how you choose to use it.
Your health going forward is renewable—by how you choose to care for your body.
The past is fixed.
Your future is wide open.

Your Challenge Today 🚀

Before you move on with your day, ask:
Time:
What is one thing I can stop doing or delegate this week to buy back at least 1 hour of my time?
Health:
What is one action I can take today that my future self will thank me for?
(Walk, better meal, sleep, hydration, cold plunge, stretching—pick one.)
Write it down. Commit. Take the step.
You are not stuck with the story of who you’ve been.
You are not sentenced to your past habits or your old schedule.
You can renew your time.
You can renew your health.
You can renew your life—starting today.
Live with faith, energy, passion—and always, always live your dream. 🌟
