What is the secret to happiness and fulfillment?

Growth is the secret! 

When you are growing you are progressing, moving forward per se!

When you are not growing there used to be a belief that you stay in one place like in neutral.

FALSE! When you are not going forward you are going backwards and the true is there is no neutral!

The other secret is a simple acronym:

ABLE

Always

Be 

Learning 

Everything

There are studies everywhere linking cognitive decline to people no longer learning and educating themselves!

There was an old belief that education stops when you graduate. BS!! That is where the real education begins. 

Even if you are retired or think you are “too old” or “not smart enough” to learn a new skill. Or worse yet you actually believe you know it all! 

Don’t take my word for it. do your research on how continued growth and learning effects cognitive health and has show to prevent decline.

PLUS it is fun to learn and grow! Who really wants to become stagnant anyways!
