- My range: 2-5 minutes average
- Don’t go crazy: I’ve done 25 minutes, but DON’T try that right away!
📅 Frequency
- Medical recommendation: 3-4 times per week minimum
- Coach Lew’s approach: 7 days a week (because I want to!)
