A time to admit

Admit what Coach? I don’t know if I like the sound of this! 

Welcome back my friends!

Today is the day we actually admit that we are who we are, where we are and how we are because of our won decisions and relationship with time!

Whether this is a hard pill to swallow or a gentle nudge to grow and move forward depends on two things:

1. How you actually have managed your time
2. How honest you are willing to be with yourself!

The reality is whether you are at the ground zero of OMG what have I done or you are at the look where I have arrived at…There is still room for growth and a next level.

We are never at perfect because when we are, we are gone! There is always room for more!

In the examples I gave there is a common thread and that is your perception and relationship to time is what makes the difference.  One level above that is your ownership of the concept that you and only you are truly responsible for you perception of time and your ultimate outcome!

To sum it up…..

There is a quick formula you can apply to your areas of improvement when it relates to time!

The steps:

1. Admit that it is you that has brought you to exactly where you are today!
2. Forget the old beliefs about time! Eradicate them!
3. Make a list of the real needle moving actions in your life!
4. Take the list of the action items and

1. a) Classify the ones you love and put them on your MAP
2. b) Take the ones you don’t love and delegate them!

1. Use that anchor we set for flow state and take massive action to succeed!
2. The of course measure, adjust, learn and create the next level!

There is always the next level regardless of whether you are a “total time train wreck” or a “master of your time”
