That it just flowed?

Welcome back my friends!

Do you remember?

Do you remember a time where you made time stand still, when you were in a total state of flow?

When it seemed like you could do no wrong or you may have even felt “I have no idea” how I pulled that one off?

This is called flow state! We have all done this at some point but the key is to learn to activate it at will!

How useful would it be to be able to activate that flow state at will anytime you need it? I would say extremely useful and downright necessary of you really want the maximum impact and success!

Three things:

1. You must follow the steps to set the anchor
2. You must believe it will work
3. You must practice this until you get good at it and then….Practice it till you master it!

Setting an anchor embodies a set of emotions and feelings that will fire in response to a physiological stimulus response! Simply put, you will feel a certain way when you do a certain (unique) action!

Ready for the steps so you can put it to work for you?

Here you go…..

Here is how you do it:

1. Remember a time your were in a similar situation and you went in to flow state
2. Stand up strong
3. Stand like you are unstoppable, pull a power pose
4. What did it feel like last time in the power state?

1. See
2. Hear
3. Smell
4. Feel
5. Focus

5. At the peak of feeling this power state set an anchor.

An anchor is a unique move, word, sound or action

6. Do this multiple times until you are vibrating

7. Test the anchor by getting in a doldrum state and then fire the anchor to see if it is firmly installed!

8. Write down your power anchor recipe

Follow along with the process in the video as many times as you need to! Get creative and adapt this to you!

My friends this is not always going to be an easy journey but I can’t stress enough that you get one life, this is not a rehearsal for the next go round!  Live you life today like it matters because it does and it is the only one you get!
