The Big FU is FOLLOW UP!

Today we talk about the big FU!  Follow up! 

Follow up is the last key in the habit chain of success.

Following up on the habit changes you have made and continuing the positive habits while eliminating the bad habits is easier than you think!

There are to crucial factors here for this to work!

1) Pain!  Set the pain level of not following through to 10X and really make it clear, present and immense pain in your mind!  Feel it as though it is real!

2) Use 10X pleasure to follow through on the good!  Image and feel how amazing it is going to be when you do (xyz)!

These are two basic drivers that run your emotions and will determine what and how much action you take!

I use a pretty drastic example in the video but let’s face it, 10X it and it works make it a should and ain’t shit going to happen!

The key is whether you do the good habit or the bad habit you are doing something.  Why not make that something be a habit that brings you success, happiness and fulfillment rather than loss, disappointment and regret 

So lets get going here and now with your BIG FU!

My friends this is not always going to be an easy journey but I can’t stress enough that you get one life, this is not a rehearsal for the next go round!  Live you life today like it matters because it does and it is the only one you get!
